Recently I got into an accident where I wasn’t at fault and the car was written off by my insurance company. Problem is that there doing an investigation and they took away the rental I was driving and haven’t given me the money for the car. What can or should I do?

Contact your insurance company, tell them what is going on. They can fight the other insurance company for you.

You can wait, call the company and ask why it is taking so long or file a complaint with your Insurance commissioner. Or do all three
