AIG has offered me $6,500 for a accident with a 18 wheeler ,My bills far exceed the amount offered .I am on disability due to this accident .I am preparing a civil suit agaisnt AIG for pain ans suffering and mental anguish since my lawyer gave up fighting I owe him 35 % he actually wanted me to settle for nothing .I wont let no one do me like that..So I am geting another lawyer another 35 % added to my bill .including medical bills not including future sugeries and money needed for future cost.
So can I legally sue AIG for pain and suffering a ng mental anguish for lowballing me .
and then
have a lawyer on my case for the 18 wheeler which struck me at the speed of 70 mph.

I was wondering if it were possible to avoid past claims listed in the CLUE database by getting a new DL license number or a DL in another state. What info is tracked on a person relative to their claims – DL#? Soc Sec#, birth date?
In other words, how can a person no longer be linked to their past CLUE records?
What personal identification data is kept on a person in the CLUE database?
Is it only DL#, or is there also SSN and/or DOB?
My father passed away in late May. I am trying to figure out what to do with his vehicle. He had insurance through the Hartford Insurance Company. Is their a benefit with any insurance company that he could have received that would pay off his vehicle in the event of his death. He had $3,000 left on the vehicle?
Recently got into a minor accident and forgot to take down the name of the other party’s auto insurance. The policy number has a format of ###-######-10/18. Calls to their phone number are also not being answered so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, this occured in Los Angeles and the car had a CA plate as well if that’s any help.

ok i am 23 years old..i live in the city. i was interested in getting a dodge charger r/t.. hemi included..anyhow, i called to get an insurance quote and they told me that i’d have to put 1000 down and pay 800 a month in auto insurance alone. i think that is so crazy. but if i move 20 minutes away i’d pay 550. i am so frustrated because i know that my age is working against me. my brother is financing a 2000 bonneville ssei and he is only paying 340 a month and he is 21. do you think the year and model of the car is what made the quote so high? what kinda car do you have and what is your monthly ins cost?

I’m from New Zealand and was paying $70 a year for my car insurance and was blew away with the amount of the insurance in Canada.
I know it’s depends on car type driving record etc, but I just need names of companies which is generally cheap.
